Terms and Conditions

This website has been created and is operated bySMPrentals.eu.com (Sol Property Management and Rentals S.C.) by accessing the site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, all of the terms and conditions below:

  1. Although we do our utmost best to ensure that all information provided on this website is accurate, we cannot guarantee that all information is comprehensive and error-free nor can we be held responsible for interruptions or non-delivery of information. Whereas SPMrentals.eu.com endeavours to make the site available on a continuous basis, it does not guarantee the site will be available 24 hours a day.
  1. SPMrentals.eu.com reserves the right to change these terms and conditions any time by posting the changes to the site. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of these changes.
  1. SPMrentals.eu.com provides the property information in this site in good faith. Your use of the site is entirely at your own risk SPMrentals.eu.com shall not be liable for any loss, injury, costs or damages resulting from the use on site or the inability to access or use the site.
  1. We will not give your personal information to third parties under any circumstance. Except when booking car hire or golf tees.
  1. PayPal will debit your credit card a 30% non-refundable deposit when you book. If you cancel your rental agreement before the 8 weeks you will loose your 30% deposit. Unless either party has cancelled the booking, you will be sent an email 8 weeks before hand, with instructions to pay the remaining balance, then after this, if you change your mind all monies will be lost. If SPMrentals.eu.com have to cancel the booking then we will either 1) Find you alternative accommodation of equal or better standard, or if requested 2) Refund any monies in full.
  1. A Security deposit of €250 is requested upfront before any keys will be issued (this is to allow for non-return of keys, to change the locks etc) and will be returned to you, providing the keys are returned and the property has been left as you found it, within 28 days of returning from your holiday (allowing for fluctuation in the exchange rate you may get more or less than the original 250 euros).

  2. Check-in is after 16.00 and check-out is by 10.00

  3. SPMrentals.eu.com except no responsibility to yourself or your personal belongings.

  4. We aim to provide the best rental experience possible. However, if you are not satisfied please complain as soon as possible to the Management Company. If you are still not satisfied please put into writing, within 28 days, the reason as to why, where possible stated dates and accommodation and send to:-
